Be Open to Learning What You’re Feeling Every Moment — The Transcript

Tom’s University. Be open to learning what you’re feeling every moment. Be open to learning what you’re feeling every moment.

You’re body is full of life. Every cell of your body is full of life. Well, I don’t know about every cell… Some cells may be dead.  Yeah, some cells, but most of the cells in your body are alive right at this moment. There’s a feeling of energy to your life. There’s a vibration to your life, to the life of your cells. And it’s changing, changing, changing, every moment. You’re alive, you’re alive, you’re alive. You change every moment.  So this class “Be open to learning what you’re feeling” is for your consciousness to get that, helping your consciousness live in the reality that you’re changing every moment. You’re not a fixed entity, and nothing around you is a fixed entity. Life is moving, changing, flowing. Okay. Be open to learning what you’re feeling right now.

This ‘be open to learning’ is the antidote to the controlling mentality that so many of us were trained in. Yeah, our culture almost encourages us to be controlling. Yeah, and what I’m getting right at this moment is, every moment you’re not open to learning, which is another way of saying, you’re not on the edge of not knowing  — every moment you’re no open to learning what is the next moment, open to learning what am I feeling right now, open to learning who am I right now, open to learning what is going on right now — every moment I’m not in that open to learning consciousness, I’m in some level of either controlled .  .  .  .  .  . or complete out of control. Yeah. And open to learning, my learning — oh there it is — it’s not a controlling consciousness and it’s not an out of control consciousness. It’s a balanced consciousness. “I’m me, I’m open to learning, I know what I’m feeling right now to some extend and I’m open to learning what I’m going to feel in the next moment.”   It’s the antidote to the controlling mentality that so many of us have. And it’s also the antidote to the out of control mentality. Yeah.

Open to learning  .  .  .  . “I don’t know it all. I know some of what I’m feeling, I know some of who I am, I don’t know what’s going on in my pancreas right now, I don’t really even now what’s going on in my stomach right now or my large intestines. But I know that I’m feeling vibrations in my arms right now, I know that I’m talking right now, I know what my throat feels like as I’m talking and I don’t know what I’m going to say the next moment, I’m open to learning what I’m going to say at the next moment.” Yeah, this “open to learning consciousness”,  is the antidote to controlling consciousness or the out of control consciousness. Yeah.

You’re life works best when you’re in balance with yourself, when you’re in balance with yourself:  “This is who I am in this moment, and I don’t know who I’m going to be the next moment.”  Yeah. I know that is radical for our culture, but it’s really that basic. You don’t know the next moment. You don’t know what you’re going to feel the next moment. So be open to learning what you’re feeling, what you’re feeling, because it’s new. What you’re feeling right now is new from what you felt a minute ago. Be open to learning what’s going on with you right now. Be open to learning what you want right now. I think that’s going to be the next class. But, yeah, be open to learning. The ‘be open to learning consciousness’ is the balance… It’s you’re learning… the balance between the controlling mentality consciousness — “I need to control, I need to know everything, to feel safe” versus the out of control –”I have no control, I have no responsibility, who knows what’s going to… ” or the “Aaaah! I’m out of control, overwhelmed”,  consciousness.  “Open to learning” is the balanced consciousness.

Yeah, that’s the focus of the class today. Be open to learning what you’re feeling every moment.
