What are the details of your life, right now, right now, right now, okay?   Love the details of your life. This is a skill. This is a skill. This is a basic, basic skill. It’s a reality skill, it’s a consciousness skill, and it’s a live-in-the-present moment skill. Love the details of your life. Love the details of your life.

Your life is important. Your life matters. Your life needs taking care of, and you’re the one who’s most qualified to take care of your life.   If you don’t love your life .  .  . Yes, if you don’t love your life, you’re not going to be really very good at taking care of your life.   Let me say that again, if you don’t love your life, you’re not going to be really good at taking care of your life. That’s the gist of this class. Do you love your life? Well, if you don’t know, if you don’t even know what it means to love your life, you’re in the right place then.   And if, you know what it means to love your life and you evaluate the reality that you’re not aligned, you’re not aligned, with consciously loving your life most of the time, then you’re in the right place.

Tom’s University is about skill-building. Yes, Tom’s University is about skill-building, and I’m telling you that loving your life in the moment is an important skill for happiness, for having a great life, for having a good enough life, for having a fulfilled life, for having a successful life.  Wow!  Yes, that’s what I’m telling you. And, it’s a skill. If you grew up around people who didn’t have the skill of loving their lives, loving themselves, I’m telling you, you probably… Then it’s more challenging to learn the skill.   Most of the optimally functional skills of a human being, we learn best from a role model as children.  And if we didn’t have those role models who treated us with those basic life skills, it’s challenging to learn them as a grown up.   And, you can learn them.  I can learn them.  We can learn them. Grown-ups can learn them. Yes, I’m telling you that, so love your life, okay. That’s what this skill is about. It’s your job to take care of your life. You’re life matters. Your life is important. Every moment, your life is going on your life needs to be taken care of, and if you don’t love your life, you’re not going to be good at taking care of it. That’s the set-up for this class. So, you get it, right?  You may disagree, but that’s… You get the gist of what this class is about, right? If not let me know.

Okay, so here’s the juice, the additional… I don’t know the… If you are not loving the details of your life, you’re not loving your life. Yes, that’s what this class is; love the details of your life. Love the details of your life. It’s the details. What do they say, “God is in the details” or “the Devil is in the details,” right? If you’re not loving the details of your life, I’m telling you, you’re probably not loving your life, or let me say it another way around. If you’re not loving the details of your life, you’re not at the highest skill of loving your life. Yes, love all of you. Love all of you and love the details. What does that mean love the details? Love all the details of you, all the parts of your body. Do you love all the parts of your body? Do you love all of the things on your plate in your life, all the situations of your life? Do you love the details of your life? Do you love the challenges of your life? Do you love the problems on your plate today? That’s what it means to love the details of your life.
