Okay, so let me be clear when I say want the best for your life now. I am not talking about an idea of your life, the legacy, leaving a legacy after you leave this planet. I’m talking about at the most basic level of wanting the best for your life to stay alive, to be alive, wanting the best in this moment, feeling your aliveness, feeling your life energy, wanting the best for your life energy in this moment, in this moment, in this moment, in every moment, yes, yes.
Okay, I’ll calm down. I’ll calm down. But that’s what I want. That’s what I want for you and that’s what I want for me. That’s what this class is about. When is it not in your best interest to want the best for your life — for your aliveness, for your energy, for your vitality? Not an idea of… Here’s where it’s so easy to hear that and to translate it into, “Oh, yeah. I need to get a fitness program going and I need to do this and I need to clean up these factors in my life.” Those all may be very good goals and that’s part of wanting the best for your life, but I’m talking about at the way, way… I’m talking about right now, like really being connected to that enthusiasm, that passion for your life right in this moment, like, “I care about my life right now. I feel my life right now. I want the best for my life right now.” That’s what I’m talking about. That’s what I’m talking about.
And like when is it not a good thing to have the most… That, that level of passion for yourself, for your life, for your effectiveness, for your energy. Well, I’m thinking that it will always be a good idea. You know, some people wouldn’t wanna be around you, but why? Because they have a really turned down, little unexciting, un-energetic program going on, yeah, but that’s not for you. Like hey, want the best for you now. Want the best for your life now, yeah.
You get it? You get it? Ooh, if I could just tap you with a magical wand for you to get it, or I could just tap me with the magic wand so I would have this reality, have this life enthusiasm for my life every moment. Like, wow! I mean get it, like if you can… If you can taste this, you get a flavor of it, like if you’re at this enthusiasm for your life. Yeah, I like that. Enthusiasm for your life in every moment you’re going to make the best decisions for yourself, for your life, for your family, for your teams, for your work, for your projects. Want the best for yourself every moment, yeah. I really get that to the degree that I can… I’m doing it right now. I’m wanting the best for myself right now. And it feels good and it doesn’t feel hyped up. I’m not hyped up, yeah, I’ve got high energy and I’ve got good focus and just like, “Hey, this is my life going on!” “Hey, and you know I’m standing in my kitchen right now doing this class” and it feels really good to be at this level of commitment to myself, right.
Commitment and enthusiasm for you in the moment, not next year when you graduate or… Yeah. No, now. Life happens in the “now”. Everybody knows that, yeah, it’s not later, it’s not later folks. No happiness happens now. Life happens now. Want the best for your life now. Now, now. Yeah. And it’s a skill, this is a consciousness skill and I’m building my skill right at this moment as I’m sharing this skill with you, and yeah, and it takes effort to change your consciousness. It’s worth the effort, it’s worth the effort that I’m making right now to have this consciousness and to communicate it to you. It’s not happening automatically. I got to make the effort to want to communicate it to you and I’m going to make the effort to want it for me because this is not my automatic wiring and it feels so… How would I say it? Natural, wholesome, real. I am not making this up. I actually want the best for my life right now. My aliveness right now. That’s what the class is today, want the best for your life now, every now, every now.
