What are the details of your life, right now, right now, right now, okay?   Love the details of your life. This is a skill. This is a skill. This is a basic, basic skill. It’s a reality skill, it’s a consciousness skill, and it’s a live-in-the-present moment skill. Love the details of your life. Love the details of your life.

Your life is important. Your life matters. Your life needs taking care of, and you’re the one who’s most qualified to take care of your life.   If you don’t love your life .  .  . Yes, if you don’t love your life, you’re not going to be really very good at taking care of your life.   Let me say that again, if you don’t love your life, you’re not going to be really good at taking care of your life. That’s the gist of this class. Do you love your life? Well, if you don’t know, if you don’t even know what it means to love your life, you’re in the right place.   And if, you know what it means to love your life and you evaluate the reality that you’re not aligned, you’re not aligned, with consciously loving your life most of the time, then you’re in the right place.

Tom’s University is about skill-building. Yes, Tom’s University is about skill-building, and I’m telling you that loving your life in the moment is an important skill for happiness, for having a great life, for having a good enough life, for having a fulfilled life, for having a successful life.  Wow!  Yes, that’s what I’m telling you. And, it’s a skill.
