Keep Finding Your Balance in Life

Life is happening, and every moment there is this certain balance for your life to work well. Every moment, there is a certain balance of equilibrium inside your body life, inside your body space, inside your body system. Balance. Balance. If you’re unbalanced, you’re not going to work right. You’re going to be either stressed out, because you’re pushing yourself to go faster than you can or you’re pushing yourself against brick walls, against other people, and against the life outside yourself, and you’re going to get in fights and conflict .  .  .  . or .  .  .  .   you’re going to be too slow, and you’re going to be too passive.

There’s a balance for showing up in life, in your life. That’s what this class is about:  Keep finding your balance in life. Every moment, be in balance. Be in balance with your relationship with time. Be in balance with your relationship inside your body. Be in balance with your relationship with other people in your life. Be in balance with your responsibilities and your commitment. Yeah, there’s a fine balance. Are you trying to do too much? Or are you trying to do too little?  Keep finding your balance in life.
