The curriculum for Tom’s University classes is focused on the following Lifelong Learning goals:

  • How to be the Teacher-Coach-Leader of Your Own Life every moment of the day
  • How to be more “optimally functional” in all areas of your life
  • How to be more consistently and skillfully “in charge of” your attention all day long
  • How automatic mental habits create most of the daily stress in your life and how to change those habits
  • How to live in harmony with what you want and not do what you don’t want
  • How to value yourself (your intrinsic “life value”) every moment, as no better and no worse than any other human being’s “intrinsic life value”
  • How to create real “life teams” and “work teams” (i.e. “healthy relationships”)
  • How to identify and do what’s needed to care for your life and the life of your teams all day every day
  • How to live fully balanced, fully integrated, each moment in the strength of what you know, while remaining open to what you don’t know
  • How to live in reality
