  • If you’re not in charge of the energy in your body, who is? If you’re not in charge of the energy in your body, are you passive? Is someone else in control of the energy in your body? Not a good strategy. No one else can be in charge of the energy in your body.
  • Now, outside forces affect the energy in your body. The quality of the air affects the energy in your body. The time of day affects the energy in your body. The food you eat affects the energy in your body. Other people affect the energy in your body. It’s your job to stay in charge of your energy. It’s your job to balance your energy. Now.   • To function optimally, you need to be balanced. Your energy needs to be balanced. To function optimally, you need to be in charge of your energy.  To function optimally, you need to be able to direct your energy, direct the energy in your body to do what you want yourself to do.  The energy is you in any moment in time. Balance your energy now. If your energy is all unbalanced, all fragmented, all spacey, no one’s in charge of it, and you can’t function optimally in those moments. You won’t even know what’s most needed for you if you’re not aware of your energy. Balance your energy now.
